1.1 In this Agreement, "Platform" refers to the 6333db website, mobile application, software and all associated digital services.

1.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, resolution will first be attempted through discussion.

1.3 6333db reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

1.4 6333db has the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. Temporary interruptions may occur during technical maintenance.

1.5 These terms are drafted in Bengali. If a translation in any other language exists, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2.1 To play games or place bets on 6333db, creating a personal account is required. Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open a maximum of one account.
• If two members of the same household use the same IP address or payment method, each of them will be required to go through separate verification.
• The name on the account must match the registered name on the payment method.
• The mobile number and email address must be active and reachable.
• An account opened with false information may be closed at any time and the balance may be confiscated.

2.3 Password and Security

4.3 VIP Program

Active members are automatically enrolled in our VIP program. There are three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.

• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week and special privileges.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to your account.

5.1 Deposit Rules

Currently, funds can be deposited on 6333db via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• A bet once placed cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error is proven.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, 6333db reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Bets can be placed on all international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the rules applicable to the relevant bet will apply and the bet amount will be refunded if necessary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6333db platform and may result in account closure:

8.1 Closure by the Platform

• Failure to provide verification information or if false information is found.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.

8.2 Closure by the Member

8.3 Inactive Accounts
